Personal contact information as mailing address, email address, and phone number provided by you during the order process, or the creation of an account is not shared or sold to third parties by our Company.

Information Provided by You About Another Person, Friend, or Family Member

We call it “Word of Mouth” If you decide to provide personal information about another person, including promotions, or if you refer a friend or family member, we rely upon you to obtain whatever consent, that is required by law, to allow us to use the other persons’ personal information like email address, phone number, and/or mailing address.  If you refer a friend or family member you may text, call, or email us their name, phone number, and/or email address, and we may contact that person from our business phone or send them an email, and may greet them with an introductory promo code discount. We also may send you a promo coupon, as we appreciate ‘word of mouth’ customers.  Our use of the other person’s personal information will be consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Photos provided by you will not be shared without your consent.  Please read our Photo Submission Terms.  Submitted testimonials and reviews become the property of FASE Natural Skin Care and FASE reserves the right to share or post testimonials/reviews to our social media sites (Facebook and/or Instagram) and/or our Website:  Faseskincare.com. 

Third Party Information Sharing- Your personal information is shared with the following third parties: Wix Credit Card Payments, Paypal, and USPS. Your address and contact information is shared with USPS for the purpose of creating a shipping label for order fulfillment. Security breaches or hacking through Gmail correspondence or the aforementioned third parties is not the liability or responsibility of The FASE Company.

Social Media Your social media profile may be shared between Facebook friends on our FASE Skin Care Facebook Site, if you do share your profile or request friends from within our Facebook page/site. We do participate, as we hope for Facebook friends to be involved in our social community, which is meant to support, encourage, and inspire each other with positive experiences and to be there for those who struggle with troubled skin. The Fase community is new and we invite you to belong.                                                   

Instagram- Your social media profile or posts may be shared within the Instagram community. We do not have a Twitter account or any other social media accounts other than what is mentioned in this policy.  We do have a YouTube channel for the purpose of displaying our video, which you may view on our website at any time.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. Wix Payments and Paypal collect your personal information, such as a credit card number, and is not provided to FASE Skin Care. Personal credit card information is encrypted and is not viewed by the FASE Natural Skin Care LLC. Company.

Notification of Privacy Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time.  We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our business structure. If we make any substantial revisions or modifications, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this policy for the latest and most current information.

California Residents

To request access to or deletion of your personal information, please submit your request to fase.naturalskincare@gmail.com.  To opt out of a purchase or sale please text your name and the words ‘Cancel My Order’ to (702) 524-0561 from the phone number you specified when you created your account.  If the order has been shipped, you must return the unopened package before receiving your refund.  Refunds will be applied to your original payment method through PayPal or Wix Credit Card Payments (whichever was used). If the order has not been shipped, your order and transaction will be cancelled. 

When exercising your ‘right to deletion’ please note that the cancellation and deletion of Your Account will result in you not being able to view your order history or any other account information.  The Company also will not be able to access or view your account information or history.  You may recreate another account with a different email address at any time if you change your mind later.  After closing an account, you may view your past orders by reviewing past Fase email order confirmations and you may view your order transactions through your original payment method ie: your credit card statement and/or your Paypal account.  Under CCPA, FASE Natural Skin Care will not deny services, provide a different price or rate for our product, or provide a different level of service to you because you exercised such rights.  Don’t worry, we will happily take you back if you decide that you want to create another account later.  California“Shine the Light”Law.  If you are a California resident, and are a verified paying customer of ours, you may request a notice of personal information we have shared with third parties, during the preceding calendar year.  Our third party sharing practices are displayed within this Privacy Policy.
