Shipping Policy

We Offer Free Shipping on All Orders.  We ship out orders within 24 Hrs. (Monday through Friday) 11am.  Orders placed over the weekend will go out the following Monday 11am.  Holidays are excluded and will be shipped out the next available business day.   We ship via USPS 2-3 day delivery, pending on your location.  

 

Return Policy 

FASÊ Return Policy: We guarantee our product.  Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges are Accepted within 30 days of Order Date within the guidelines described here. Deemed as an Intimate Personal Care Item we cannot offer full-refunds on Opened or Used product(s). To Protect the Health of Others, & prevent fraudulent behavior, we closely monitor all returns. We always replace any damaged or defective item- Please Contact us within 24 Hrs. of receiving a damaged item (photo requested) & we will replace the item free of charge, or refund your purchase price. Full Refunds are always accepted for unused Product(s) if seal has not been broken. Buyer pays return shipping. Once item is received, we will refund your full purchase price back to its original payment method.  Wix Payments and/or PayPal policies take effect, and your refund should show within 3-5 days. 

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, after opening and using, please email us and we will make arrangements for a partial monetary refund that is fair to both parties (you will not be required to return the item for Health reasons).
