We politely ask purchasers to Create an Account (Member Account) so that you may log in to review your current and past orders, view order receipts, enable easier checkout, receive email notifications, submit a request for a refund, and/or receive and apply your Promo Discounts. Subscription Services are currently unavailable but are on the horizon. We do not push subscriptions onto our clients but as some do purchase on a regular basis, we will soon have such an option for your convenience. We (FASE Natural Skin Care, LLC.) reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions from time to time. In the event that we do, Account Members will receive an email notice to advise them. Web Content may be revised from time to time without written notice. Website revisions include, but are not limited to, design, promotions, product price, information content, new product introductions, or image and text content. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The purchaser agrees to submit payment at the time of placing the order. FASE agrees to ship out your order in accordance to our Shipping Policy. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If items are left in your shopping cart, FASE may send a friendly reminder to the provided email address in your member account. We do not ship merchandise until transaction and/or payment is verified by either PayPal or Wix Credit Card Payments. Declined Credit Card Transactions will not be processed. Please contact your bank institution and resubmit your order if this happens. If for any reason there is a transaction discrepancy or the transaction is found to be lawfully fraudulent, you will be notified and the transaction will be cancelled and/or declined. Payments paid through PayPal are subject to the PayPal terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund policy. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 days after receiving the returned merchandise or order cancellation.

Customers are required to read our Disclaimer before purchase. The Disclaimer contains Risk Warnings, Liability clauses, and suggested Use Directions. We guarantee our product. Please view our Return Policy. In the event you (the customer) received a damaged product, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. Please contact us within 24 Hours of a damaged product by Sending a Text Message to Customer Service (702) 524-0561 & Include: Your name, Order#, and the words "Damaged Item" or Email Support: fase.naturalskincare@gmail.com Subject: "Damaged Item" & include your Name and Order#. We will either pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us, or we will contact you and replace the item at our cost or offer a monetary adjustment.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, product ingredients and/or formulation of those ingredients, text, testimonials/reviews, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Michelle Hite DBA Fase Natural Skin Care, LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of United States/Colorado State, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Denver, CO. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
